Police: Drunk Driver Backs Into Cop Car

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

  • Police responded to a loud party in the 1700 block of Lynncove Lane on March 16 and discovered a drug violation.
  • A traffic crash with no injuries near Zumbehl Road and Hawks Nest led to the arrest of a driver of one vehicle for an outstanding warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 16.

Assault 3rd Degree Domestic

  • The suspect was allowed entry to the apartment at South 5th Street on March 16 by the victim's roommate. The suspect then struck victim on the right side of the face.

Drug possession

  • An intoxicated subject was found at South Duchesne Drive on March 16 in possession of controlled substance.

  • An ex-boyfriend was calling the victim at work and harassing her. A full order of protection had been issued and served.

Found Property

  • A cell phone was located on the ground in the alley between Gene's Shoes and Manestream on March 16.

Resisting Arrest

  • A disturbance occurred inside "Q" where a subject was escorted outside the business on March 17. Once outside, the subject resisted arrest and was subsequently arrested and charged.

Misrepresentation Of Age

  • A person was caught using an ID of another trying to get into the bar at Ameristar Boulevard on March 17.

Driving While Intoxicated

  • An intoxicated driver backed into patrol car in city parking garage on March 17. The subject was arrested forassorted/related charges.

Urinating In Public

  • A subject was caught urinating in public at N. 2nd Street on March 17.

Stealing

  • An iPhones 4S and wallet were stolen from a bar on N. Main Street on March 16. 

Assault 2nd Degree

  • There was a bar fight at Bobby's Place. A subject was thrown out of the bar and struck their head on concrete.
