Police Blotter: Girlfriend Breaks Into Boyfriend's Apartment, Steals Laptop

Driving While Intoxicated

  • A traffic stop at S. 5th Street on April 6 led to a DWI arrest. 

Protective Custody

  • An intoxicated subject couldn't walk or provide his address and was taken into productive custody on April 6. 

Littering

  • A subject was arrested for littering in the city garage on April 6. 

Possession Open Container

  • A subject was arrested for drinking in public at Ford Lane and Scherer Parkway on April 6. 

Stealing Of A Motor Vehicle

  • A 2010 Chevy Malibu, valued at $8,500, was stolen from Ameristar Blvd. on April 6. 

Burglary

  • The victim's girlfriend broke into apartment at Sherman Square Drive and stole a $600 laptop computer.

Unlawful Use Of Weapons

 

  • Juveniles were arrested for property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.

Inhale Fumes

  • A subject was arrested for inhaling difluoroethane.

Stealing

  • A vehicle was broken into and and a GPS was stolen at Country Club Plaza Drive.
  • An $8 12-pack of Busch beer was stolen for Petromart on April 6.

Assault

  • A domestic assault occurred in the 3100 block of Osterly Bend.

Interfering With Law Enforcement Officers

  • An intoxicated subject refused to get out of taxi on Main Street. Arrested for Interfering and taken in Protective Custody.
