Police Blotter: Driver Flees During Traffic Stop, Passenger Arrested for Drug Possession
The following information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Stealing
- Subject stole iPod case from business on May 25.
- Stealing from inside a residence in the 1800 block of Highcrest Drive. Victim stated no damageto residence, believed to be victim's daughter.
- Leave without pay occurred in the 1400 block of S. 5th Street
Possession of Controlled Substance
- Following a traffic stop, a driver fled from the scene, but was identified and placed in the computer as wanted. Passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Driving While Intoxicated
- A subject was caught driving while intoxicated at Zumbehl Road on May 25.
Assault 3rd
- Police responded to a domestic assault between an ex-husband and an ex-wife. No prosecution desired.
Property Damage
- A motorcycle damaged in the 300 block of Houston during the early morning hours.
