Police Blotter: Custom $40,000 Motorcycle Stolen

The following information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Animal Bite
 Police took a report of an animal bite at Wellspring Drive on June 12.

Driving While Intoxicated 
Traffic accident, no injuries. DWI arrest.
Traffic stop. Driver arrested for DWI.

Burglary 
An attempt was made for forced entry into an occupied apartment at Marina Drive.
Burglary report in the 3200 block of Saddleridge Drive.
Residential burglary occurred in the area of Westmoreland Court and Picardy Lane. The total value of the items taken was more than $5,000.

Stealing
Clothing was taken from an unlocked vehicle at Osage Street. 
A custom Motorcycle Chopper, valued at $40,000, was stolen from Bowling Alley parking lot.

Identity Theft
Victim's ex-wife and son used identity (name, and SSN) to establish several accounts without authorization.

Fraud
Fraudulent use of a credit card from 1500 Block of Wall Street on June 13.
