Noack Sentenced to Life In Prison for Statutory Sodomy, Child Molestation

The young victims ranged in age from seven to 16 years old.

Dennis Lee Noack, 54, formerly of St. Charles, was sentenced to life in prison by Judge Daniel Pelikan on two counts of first degree statutory sodomy and one count of first degree child molestation.

He also received a four-year sentence for a count of first-degree sexual misconduct, a press release from the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's office reported today.

The sentences will run concurrently.

Noack's victims were three girls who ranged in age from seven to sixteen years old.

Noack served 179 days in jail after a 2000 conviction of sexual misconduct in Lincoln County.
