Masseuse Indicted on 14 Counts of Secretly Filming Women

Customer tipped off St. Charles Police regarding possible hidden cameras in March.

A former St. Charles massage therapist was indicted Monday by a St. Charles County grand jury on 14 counts of invasion of privacy.

Kirk M. Jackson, 38, of St. Charles, was charged in March with secretly filming women as they undressed before receiving massages. Jackson was ordered to appear in court May 29.

A woman told police that she suspected Jackson had hidden cameras in his business, at 2368 Old Highway 94 in St. Charles, west of Old Highway 94 and Muegge Road.

An undercover officer went to the business and was instructed to undress in a therapy room. Officers then served a search warrant and found hidden cameras running in the room.

The court has barred Jackson from working as a masseuse.
