He also bought Oxycontine for $300 July 31 at 2221 First Capital Drive in St. Charles, the officer reported.
On Aug. 8, the undercover officer arranged to buy Oxycontin from Jackson at 2221 First Capital Drive, and the St. Charles County SWAT team met and arrested him after a short foot chase.
Officers said they found Oxycontin in containers inside Jackson’s vehicle.
Police said Jackson has prior drug arrests.
Jackson is being held in St. Charles County jail. Bail was set at $50,000, cash only.
