Man Charged with Pulling Knife in Argument on North Main

Police said the man threatened the victim and law enforcement.

A Troy man was charged with unlawful use of a weapon after an incident Saturday on North Main Street in St. Charles.

said in report that Patrick White, 40, of Troy, started an argument with the victim and pursued him to his work place at 335 North Main St. White threatened the man with a knife and challenged him to fight, police said.

When police arrived, White fled and threw the knife across the street, according to the report. White also was belligerent with medical personnel and threatened police officers, according to the report.
