Man Charged for Exposing Himself at Pool
Gerard L Sudheimer, 53, is charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor.
A St. Charles County man was charged on Wednesday with sexual misconduct in the second degree, a misdemeanor, after he pulled down his swim trunks while at the pool at Wapelhorst Park in St. Charles Tuesday.
According to police, Gerard L. Sundheimer, 53, pulled down his trunks at the pool, exposing his penis and buttocks to other patrons at the pool.
Bond was set at $15,000, with 10 percent authorized. A case review is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. July 5.
