The tenant told police his record collection, valued at $800, and a 49cc pocket bike, valued at $70, were missing when he arrived.

According to a court document, an officer went to Myers’ residence and Myers refused to open the door. During a telephone conversation, Myers told the officer he wanted the tenant out of the house and removed his possessions.

Myers told police he put the items in the backyard and someone must have taken them overnight.

According to a court document, police said Myers avoided police until Wednesday, when he was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested.

Bail was set at $15,000 for Myers.
