Francis Howell North High School Evacuated Due to Bomb Threat

Threat was written in a bathroom at the school.

Francis Howell North High School was evacuated Monday morning after a bomb threat was found written on the wall of a bathroom around 10:45 a.m.

A search of the school by St. Peters Police and the St. Louis Airport Canine Unit found no explosive devices, according to a note from Francis Howell North Principal Jack Ameis.

Students and staff members were taken by bus to Francis Howell Central High School and returned starting around 1 p.m. Dismissal was expected to proceed normally.
