Drug Task Force Arrests Two St. Charles Residents on Meth Charges

Detectives said the two provided pseudoephedrine for a clandestine meth cook.

St. Charles County Drug Task Force members found methamphetamine and marijuana-related items and residue throughout a home in the 3700 block of Bismark Drive.

Teresa M. McConnell, 47, and Darryl Weseman, 52, both of the 3700 block of Bismark, both were Friday with intent to make methamphetamine and meth possession.

Drug Task Force members searched the home Thursday, and a report indicates they also found empty pseudoephedrine blister packs and other meth ingredients in a vehicle at the residence.

According to the task force report, Weseman and McConnell told detectives they sell or trade pseudoephedrine to a clandestine meth cook for cash or finished meth.

Bond was set at $20,000 each for Weseman and McConnell.
