What Happen to the Electronic Sign????? The Sign has been out for Weeks. Take some of that $300,000+ Money We the People gave to the Foundry Art Center that We the People did have any say in, and fix the sign. Better yet, forget the sign, and Buy new cars for all the City Elected  people to have, they spend our Tax Money anyway they want to.
Please help Saint Charles become a better City for the Citizens.
