About Fraser Leonard

Fraser Leonard’s artistic point of view is uplifting and fun, and his works of art are truly Art for Your Spirit and Your Life.  He also creates metal sculptures that are 3-dimentional, and many are wall hangings suitable for both residential and corporate settings. While many of his artistic creations will be on display within his new Gallery space during the Summer Art Show, most of his work can also be viewed at www.fraserleonard.com

“Whether I am painting landscapes, impressionistic or pure abstract design, my large brush strokes reveal expressions of energy, light, balance and contrast.  These attributes of nature are emphasized by bold and soft hues smashing into one another on the canvas. As a sculptor and a painter, my work is a spontaneous response to my surroundings; it is unencumbered and intuitive”, notes Leonard.

About Cheryl Vowels

Cheryl Vowels is a glass artist residing in Springfield, Missouri. Whether she’s utilizing stained glass, glass blowing or fusing, Vowels composes abstract pieces that are purely intuitive by nature and "out of the box" by design.

Vowels notes, “Glass…I love everything about it!  I love how light dances in around the pieces.  I love how cutting, blowing or fusing causes the glass to have a design of its own.”

Cheryl feels that the phrase “Gravity Glass” describes the constant forces acting upon the pieces of glass she works with. Whether it is fusing, blowing, designing jewelry or cutting pieces for the composites...gravity acts and shapes the design.
