Try This Healthy Pasta Recipe!

Try this recipe for Healthy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It is high in fiber, protein and vitamins...plus, it's delicious!

I love Fettuccine Alfredo...unfortunately it typically isn't very heart healthy. This is my Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe that is full of fiber, protein, and vitamins.

Ingredients:

Whole Grain Fettuccine Pasta

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Cup Skim Milk

1 Cup Plain Yogurt 

1 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1/2 Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Chicken Breasts Diced And Cooked

Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms 

Directions:

First cook your pasta, chicken breast and saute the spinach and mushrooms. Set aside when done.

In a separate bowl combine olive oil, skim milk, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese. 

Poor the sauce on the pasta and then mix in the diced chicken and sauteed spinach and mushrooms. 

 

 

I have a big family so I doubled the rescipe. This pasta is so delicious! You and your family won't be able to believe that it is healthy!
