Lindenwood University to Host Educator Resource Fair April 15

St. Charles, Mo. Lindenwood University will host an Educator Resource Fair from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, in the Anheuser-Busch Leadership Room of the Spellmann Campus Center, located on the St. Charles campus at 209 South Kingshighway, St. Charles, Mo., 63301. The free event will showcase a variety of local organizations and the supplemental resources they offer to local educators.

“The St. Louis and St. Charles areas are rich in educational opportunities,” said Frank Thouvenot, PhD, associate professor and sponsor of the Kappa Delta Pi Educator Honor Society in the Lindenwood School of Education. “Lindenwood’s Educator Resource Fair is wonderful way for educators in our surrounding communities to learn how these resources can be used to enrich and supplement the curriculum of classrooms across grades. Everyone walks away from the event with a bag full of information they can immediately utilize in their classrooms.”

Two dozen organizations are expected to be represented at the resource fair. Confirmed participants include the World Aquarium, Challenger Learning Center-St. Louis, the Missouri Botanical Garden, the Saint Louis Zoo, and more.
