Fear -- It's Part of the Path to Success

This week's post is on fear and what we can do to overcome it.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt once said, “We have nothing to fear but fear itself.” Spiders, snakes, heights, and dark places are just some of the things that scare people. We all have things that we’re afraid of. No one lives without fear. For some, fear can be crippling. However, when handled properly, fear can be a good thing.

Fear is a constant. I have had fears throughout my life, just like any other person. When I was younger, I did not like speaking in front of others. Now, I enjoy it and look forward to the opportunity. It’s one of the reasons I started this blog. I used to fear rejection from peers, girls, and later from job opportunities.
