- When people are hurtful or insensitive, don't take it personally; it's usually not about you.
- You ARE what you eat.
- Always seek knowledge, always question knowledge (my dad told me that one).
- There are no rules that are rules.
- Hug strangers.
- With privilege, comes responsibility.
- The hardest way is almost always the best way.
- Don't be afraid to love your body, it will return the favor.
- Read everyday.
- Travel, you learn more about yourself by learning about others.
- Trust your intuition.
- Don't be afraid to leave~ home, a relationship, the state, the country~ but don't be afraid to return either.
- Never assume (you know the saying).
- Only look back to smile on what you have done.
