First Bank Will Host Free Seminar For Caregivers

Free and open to the public, First
Bank will host a “Taking Care of the Caregiver” seminar.

“It’s important that family caregivers
take care of themselves and preserve their other relationships and aspects of their lives,” said Janet O’Brien, Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager
for First Bank’s Lake St. Louis branch. “If you or someone you know is the
primary family caregiver for a loved one, this seminar will be very helpful.”

Leading the event will be staff
from Comfort Keepers,® a provider of in-home senior care to seniors and other clients who need help with
activities of daily living.
