The St. Charles Symphony Orchestra will present a free concert at the Foundry Art Centre on Saturday, March 16, 2013. The Orchestra is a multi-faceted ensemble that serves the St. Charles area through its free musical concerts, performing classical and modern repertoire, chamber concerts, and a seasonal Pops series.
