St. Charles County 60+ Seniors Celebrate Mardi Gras!

The Silver & Gold Senior Club of St. Charles County hosted it’s annual Mardi Gras Luncheon at The Columns Banquet Center.

It was a chilly Tuesday afternoon.  The stores were quiet, the roads were barren, the residents of St. Charles County were tucked away in their offices working.  So what did the senior citizens of St. Charles County do on this cold, cloudy Tuesday? Afterall, they are retired and the grandkids have grown. Why there’s no question about it – they party!

The Silver & Gold Senior Club of St. Charles County hosted it’s annual Mardi Gras Luncheon at The Columns Banquet Center on Tuesday with an afternoon filled with music, dancing, laughs, and great food!

Not only does the Baue Funeral Homes staff dress in costume, guests are encouraged to dress up as well…and dress up they did!  From boas, to masks, to leather pants and more – these seniors showed us that they take their Mardi Gras parties VERY seriously!
