St. Charles Man Charged as DWI Persistent Offender

Jason Mathis was arrested after passing out at the wheel of his car in Creve Coeur.

Jason Mathis, who lives on Scarlet Court in St. Charles, was arrested Friday by Creve Coeur police after passing out in his car and failing a field sobriety test, according to a STL Today article.

Mathis, 35, was charged as a Driving While Intoxicated persistent offender, with two previous DWI charges. He refused a breathalizer test but his blood sample was taken after a warrant was issued.
