It Boutique and More is for sale.

  • has moved from North Main Street to 818 South Main St. Nana Jane’s sells antiques, silk floral arrangements, Nascar collectables, tableware and other gifts. Owner Jane Barr said the store made the move to accommodate downsizing. There is also more traffic on South Main Street, Barr said.
  • is for sale. Owner will be moving back to Florida in the coming year, according to a post on the store's Facebook page. The shop was relocated from New Town St. Charles to North Main Street in April. Highfield is selling the store for $40,000, turnkey. Anyone interested can call Highfield at 407-399-0361 with any questions.
  • Repairs are being done to 416 South Main St., the building that houses and. Riverside Sweets owner Jim Brown said he has hired a contractor to repair the balcony and one wall of siding on the building. Brown said he tries to do one repair project to the old building every year.
  • Reynolds Roadhouse has moved from Maryland Heights to 3150 Elm Point Industrial Dr. in St. Charles. The restaurant is also now offering dinner instead of just breakfast and lunch. It is open  5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Co-owner Diane Blythe said the restaurant moved because the building’s rent was cheaper than the old location, and most of their customers are in St. Charles.
  • New business Toodaloo opened at 201 South Main St. Toodaloo sells vintage home décor, hand-painted furniture and gifts, jewelry and antiques. Co-owner Hayle Hilke said the name Toodaloo is in honor of co-owner Susan Baumann’s late mother who liked to say the phrase “toodaloo” when saying goodbye to friends and family. Hilke and Baumann also reface old furniture.
  • A thrift store will be opening at 1011 South Fifth St., where Empire Guitars used to be.
  • Mike Matheny will be speaking Sept. 21 at the Matheny is a four-time Gold Glove catcher and Major League Baseball record holder for fewest errors in a season. He will speak about Competing for an Edge. Tickets are $25 and include lunch. They must be purchased before Sept. 19. Registration is now available by clicking here
  • is holding the annual Summer Food Drive. Nonperishable food items and personal hygiene products can be dropped off at the chamber office during normal business hours or at through Sept. 30.
