Local Roadways Closed Due to Flooding
Heavy rains in the area have forced the closures of several roads, with more rain expected today.
St. Charles City Street Superintendent Daryl Hampel has closed several roadways in St. Charles due to flooding from the heavy rain.
Streets closed are:
- Little Hills Parkway between Little Hills Expressway and Little Hills Industrial Boulevard
- North Second Street at Randolph Street
- Elm Point Industrial Drive near Deerfield Mobile Village
- Cole Boulevard at Buckingham Place
Public Works crews will continue to run regular checks on possible problem areas due to the current and anticipated heavy rain events slated for today.
