Five Places to See Holiday Lights in St. Louis

Check out our roundup of places to drive through to see holiday Christmas lights.

Celebration of Lights is a drive-through holiday light display in Fort Zumwalt Park in O'Fallon, which is designed and funded by local organizations, churches and businesses. This event attracts more than 5,000 individuals on walk-through night.

The event runs from 6-9 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday and from 6-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday between Nov. 25 and Dec. 30. Cost is $9 for cars, $15 for commercial vans and $1 per person per bus.

On Mondays, you can schedule a train ride through the park. Call for more information. On Dec. 14, walk through the park with your family for $2 a person.

Holiday Night Lights is open from Nov. 25 to Dec. 30. The park is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until Dec. 10. Starting Dec. 15 the park is open daily through Dec. 30 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Cost is $8 per vehicle for up to 6 people. The cost is $1 additional for each extra person in a van, bus or limousine.

From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 12, the park is open to walk through. The cost is $3.

Winter Wonderland in Tilles Park

Winter Wonderland runs from Nov. 23 to Jan. 1 and is closed Dec. 24 and Dec. 31.

The park is open to both cars and carriages from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Friday but is closed to cars on Saturdays. Cost is $9 for a vehicle, $15 for a limousine, $30 for a commercial van and $75 for a tour bus. Cars must enter from southbound McKnight Road.

Carriage rides are availabel every night. Advanced reservations are require for carriage rides. Ticket prices vary. Walk-up sales are available through the Fox Theatere Box Office and Edison Theatre Box Office or by calling MetroTix at 314-534-1111.

Saint Louis Zoo Wild Lights

The Saint Louis Zoo's Wild Lights display runs from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 25-27, Dec. 2-4, Dec. 16-23 and Dec. 26-30.

See thousands of bulbs across the zoo from the butterfly garden to the gingerbread village. Head inside for storytellling, hear live performances from local choirs, ride the carousel and enjoy hot chocolate. Tickets are $4 for zoo friends members and $5 for the general public. Children younger than 2 are free.

Santa's Magical Kingdom in Eureka

Santa's Magical Kingdom is open every night from Nov. 18 to Jan. 7. The park is open from 5:30-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 5:30-10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Cost is $19 per vehicle and $30 for commercial transport van, small bus or limousine. After driving through the park, you can stop at Kringle's store for gifts or treats.

Santa's Magical Kingdom is located at next to Six Flags in Eureka.
