Animal Control Officers No Longer Available Routinely on Saturdays

Animal Control also changed hours and will be closed Sundays and Mondays.

The St. Charles Division of Animal Control has cut back hours of operation and will now only be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

In addition, animal control officers will no longer be available for routine calls for service on Saturdays. Instead, animal control officers can be called out after hours and on weekends by calling 636-949-3300 or 911 in an emergency.

The St. Charles Police Records Services Division, located at the St. Charles Police Department, has new hours and will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and will be closed from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
