Their Future

The other day I was finishing my morning workout while listening one of @AlanStein’sHardwood Hustle podcasts. During this podcast he and his co-host @AdamBradley were discussing what we should do to properly train our minds based on what we can control. Their discussion got me thinking about how we as parents, teachers, and coaches need to raise our children. Through the influence of Alan & Adam’s Hardwood Hustle podcast, we’ll discuss three key essential elements to help with our children’s mental development.

The three things we can do to help our children’s mental growth is watch what they read, listen to, and watch. My son is only two and it’s fairly easy to monitor what he reads, listens to, and watches because it’s all dependent on me. I can imagine how this becomes more difficult as the child gets older.
