Dog Days of Summer

We had a howling good time at the 3rd annual Dog Days of Summer this past Saturday. People poured into the winery with their pooches to be pampered for the day.

We had all shapes and sizes of dogs at the winery, including puppies, old dogs learning new tricks, and a variety of dogs up for adoption. One dog found a great home last weekend—Richie adopted a female mixed breed and named her Ginger.

Our two-legged friends enjoyed a great barbeque buffet (thanks Chef Michael) and the pooches enjoyed plenty of treats. Guests danced and dogs barked to the sounds of Hudson and the Hoodoo Cats. All in in all, it was a fabulous day at the winery.

Remember, dogs are always welcome at Mount Pleasant Estates.
