STC Capital Bank Opening in Caputo's, South Elgin

A fresh new way of banking is coming to Caputo’s Fresh Market in South Elgin. STC Capital Bank, a strong progressive community bank, announced the opening of their in-store branch which compliments their east and downtown St. Charles locations.
