St. Charles Franchise Owners Open Second Missouri Store

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently assisted local franchise owners find a new home for their bridal store.

Husband Ihab Elassal and wife Nagwa Abdelghfour, along with son Yasser Elassal, recently opened Impression Bridal, an independently owned franchise, at 4164 Chippewa in South St. Louis.  Hilliker Corporation’s agent Peter Pfeifer represented the seller in the purchase of the two-story, 39,000-square-foot building for $235,000.  The owners have invested approximately $700,000 for internal and external renovations of this 1929 building, which was built as a shoe factory and last served as the home to Europa Market.

The 13,000-square-foot store is the largest bridal salon in Missouri.  It features a variety of designs for bridal wear, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, quinceneara gowns, and accessories.  The newly renovated interior features 22 dressing rooms, as well as 140 chandeliers throughout the store.

The salon currently occupies only the first floor of the three-story building.  The owners revealed that plans are being made to open the second floor’s 13,000-square-foot space in 2015.
