Husband Ihab Elassal and wife Nagwa Abdelghfour, along with son Yasser Elassal, recently opened Impression Bridal, an independently owned franchise, at 4164 Chippewa in South St. Louis.  Hilliker Corporation’s agent Peter Pfeifer represented the seller in the purchase of the two-story, 39,000-square-foot building for $235,000.  The owners have invested approximately $700,000 for internal and external renovations of this 1929 building, which was built as a shoe factory and last served as the home to Europa Market.

The salon currently occupies only the first floor of the three-story building.  The owners revealed that plans are being made to open the second floor’s 13,000-square-foot space in 2015.

Ihab, Nagwa and Yasser also are the franchise owners of Impression Bridal at 425 Clark St. in St. Charles, which opened in 2012.  For more information about the company, call the St. Louis store at (314) 219-8700 or visit their website at impressionbridalstore.com/stlouis/
