Renewed Treasures recently opened a new Children's Book Department thanks in large part to their partnership with Shekinah Retreat Center. Lesa Chastain with Shekinah Retreat Center is sharing their children's book donation. Lesa is a teacher and is passionate that children be read to and read. She said, "(I am) super happy, kids reading makes (me) very excited! Thanks... RT for helping our kids see the joy in books..." Renewed Treasures said they are thankful for the opportunity to bring these books to families in the Saint Charles area.
Did anyone happen to notice the prices? They are selling the hardcover books for $.25 and the softcover books for $.10... which in anyone's book are great prices and will make for "treasured" reading time for many families.
All profit from sales at Renewed Treasures goes to missionaries locally and around the world. They have a wall behind the register showing all of their missionaries. They are located at 2215 Droste 63301. Open Tuesday thru Saturday, 10a - 7p.
