Welcome to "Chowdown Showdown"—a column aimed at finding the best foodie finds in St. Charles County.

The weekly Chowdown Showdown is meant to be a way for readers to pick and vote on their favorite places to get certain entrees in St. Charles County. Each week, we will ask you to tell us your favorite place to get a cup of coffee or a burger or breakfast.

Now that Thanksgiving is over, we want to think about anything but turkey and stuffing. We want to know: Where is the best place in St. Charles County to get sushi?

You can let us know your favorite spot by commenting below. You will be able to submit your vote through 5 p.m. Tuesday.

From there, we will take the top three finalists and post them in an article first thing Wednesday morning. Then it will be time to vote again—this time for the "Chowdown Showdown" champion.

My wife and I are hooked on Lucky Sushi (off Mid Rivers Mall Dr.), go there about once a week. The most reasonably priced place around, they have some interesting items, nothing overly flamboyant. They are pretty fast too. I really like the lucky crunch roll. (tempura = deep fried sushi = AWESOME)
We tired Crazy Sushi once, was disappointed in the prices and time it took to get our food. We went to Moto Sushi, with a groupon, once, they had some really fancy sushi, but you definitely paid for it. KiTaro also has sushi, they have a good "Saint Peters Roll".

Crazy sushi St. Peters is the best I've tried, but Sushi Ai on Zumbehl has the all you can eat menu. Going there for dinner tonight!
