'Two Chicks on 2nd Street' Home Decor Shop Gets P&Z Approval

The business will offer new and used furniture and home décor.

The St. Charles Planning and Zoning Commission will recommend that the City Council approve a plan for a new business in the historic Frenchtown area.

Two Chicks on 2nd Street plans to open in the building at 913 Second Street, offering new and used furniture, home décor and accessories for sale.

The conditional use permit application was made by Dena Ferraro and Nancy Cullen for the building, which formerly served as a retail and office space.
