Secondhand Home Decor Shop Gets Planning and Zoning Nod

Design on a Dime will occupy three storefronts in the Schnuck's development.

The St. Charles City Planning and Zoning Commission has given its approval to a conditional use permit for a secondhand home décor business at 1986 Zumbehl.

Design on a Dime, currently located in St. Peters, is looking to expand to three adjacent storefronts in the north end of the Schnuck's plaza.

The business will accept consignments, and the facility will have an intake room where items are cleaned up, painted, or repurposed before sale.
