Residences at the Streets of St. Charles Beginning to Take Shape
The new luxury apartments complex will have a clubhouse and covered parking.
Construction on the Residences at the Streets of St. Charles is moving along.
The new 400,000 square foot residential block is part of the 26-acre mixed-use development which will eventually house two hotels along with restaurants, offices, businesses and entertainment venues.
The first phase of the development has already seen the opening of Tucanos Brazilian Grill, Prasino, MassageLuXe and the Art Institute.
The new luxury apartments will offer nine floor plans. The apartments feature walk-in closets, washers and dryers, and stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchens. Some units will have balconies.
The complex will have a terrace area with an infinity pool and hot tub, a clubhouse with a game room, a fitness center, pet grooming parlor and covered parking.
