Food trucks have become very popular amongst St. Charles residents over the last several years and the Foundry Art Centre is hoping that popularity will help boost awareness for the arts.

The Foundry Arte Centre is teaming up with Saint Charles Riverfront Arts to host a free, monthly food truck series—coined "2nd Thursdays"—that begins next week.

The event will be held every second Thursday of the month between April 11 and Oct. 10. The event, held in the Foundry's parking lot at 520 N. Main Center, is free and open to the public, though patrons will be charged for food truck food.
