Texas Roadhouse is hosting a rib eating challenge between the St. Charles Police and St. Charles Firefighters. The festivities start at 11 a.m. and the rib eating challenge starts at noon. There will be a bounce house, games, music, fire trucks, police cars and child ID kits.
