My Daddy's Cheesecakes at Dierbergs School of Cooking

Tom Harte, founder of My Daddy’s Cheesecake and author of Stirring Words, will show students how to create these appetizers and desserts in time for holiday entertaining.

The menu is composed of festive green chile cheesecake with blue cornmeal crust, Tom’s favorite grape-and-stilton tart, cranberry cheesecake with fillo crust and gingerbread swirl cheesecake.
