It's time for another edition of Ask the Patch Pro, where each week readers get to interact with professionals by asking questions on a wide variety of topics. Our team of experts stop in to help you out and answer your questions.

This week, we've teamed up with Karen Grim, of the St. Charles County Department of Workforce Development, to get all of your job-seeking questions answered. 

Grim has administered federal job training and workforce development programs in St. Charles County for more than 25 years.

She is the Assistant Director of St. Charles County’s Department of Workforce Development and the Operational Manager for the Missouri Career Center of St. Charles County. 

Grim has a Master of Education degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and has taught graduate-level Performance Management, Employment Law and Employee Supervision courses at Lindenwood University.
