Your Weekend: Book Fairs, Weird Al in Concert

Why Go: The St. Charles County Library is holding their "Friends of the Library" Book Fair. Books, magazines, music and more will be available for purchase.

Pricing: Adult admission is $10 on Thursday, children age 12 and under are free. Admission is free on Friday through Sunday. A bag of books is just $5 on Sunday.

Why Go: If you’ve never enjoyed the parodies of Weird Al, you’re missing out! He’s been making a mockery of pop hits for almost three decades now, and he’s brining his own brand of fun to St. Charles.

Why Go: Hosted by Vatterott College of St. Charles, you’ll be glad you came out and bought or sold at this giant rummage sale.

Pricing: $20 to reserve a booth ($15 in advance)

 

When/Where: Saturday, June 4 from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. at .

Why Go: Knit and Caboodle is devoting their summer "Yarns Over Easy" club to everyone's favorite Dude from, The Big Lebowski. The Dude Sweater has been getting lots of attention recently. Pattern is found on Ravelry, but changes and adaptations will be available.
