St. Charles Winner of $5 Million Lottery Plans to Retire Early

Bill Graham, 50, plans to retire early after winning the $5 million Missouri Lottery Jackpot Scratchers Ticket. 
Graham, a sales representative from St. Charles, bought the Scratchers ticket from ZX Dunn Road in St. Louis on Aug. 27, according to a press release.
 “I used to play all of the time, and now I play once every couple of weeks,” Graham said.  “I had to double (and) triple check.”
Graham is the first winer for the $5,000,000 Jackpot game, which started Aug. 5. 
He said the life-changing news didn't hit him until he went to the St. Louis Missouri Lottery offices and filled out his forms the next day. 
Graham said he plans to retire early. 
"I’m going to take it easy the rest of my life," he said.
