Aussie Travel Writer Reviews St. Charles
Linda Bentley loves the city, but rates the service at two local restaurants as poor.
St. Charles was a stop on a 50 state tour for Linda Bentley, a travel writer from Australia earlier this week.
Bentley, who writes at thepackedbag.com, is among the top 1 percent of most-read reviewers on Trip Advisor.
She posted her thoughts on her trip through Missouri earlier this week, noting that "St. Charles is a timeless place that has moved gracefully with the times."
Bentley enjoyed meals at Magpie's Cafe and Picasso's, but found the service lacking at both Llywelyn's Pub and Hendrick's BBQ.
