This week, Patch is teaming up with Shital Mehta, a clinical dietitian at SSM St. Joseph Health center where she works as an outpatient clinical dietitian. 

She has a Master’s degree in Nutrition and health metabolism from Boston University and weight management certification through Academy of Nutrition and dietetics. She has more than 15 years of experience working with wide variety of clientele needing to improve their chronic medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, celiac disease, heart disease, cancer etc. to weight management to overall general health.
