5 Things of Note About the SeeClickFix Mobile App

The SeeClickFix app allows St. Charles residents to use their phone to report problems within the city.

The city of St. Charles wants residents to know about a new mobile phone app called SeeClickFix. Want to know more about the app? Here are 5 things to know about the new app. 

1. What is the SeeClickFix Mobile App? 

The SeeClickFix Mobile App enables residents to report non-emergency issues. Residents can report problems, target issues and review updates and related progress.

2. Why use the app?

The app allows residents to submit problems directly to city staff and provide detailed information such as title and description; even attach an image using your camera or photo/video gallery. Residents can stay up-to-date and receive messages whenever someone interacts with issues you submitted or follow.

3. GPS helps identify problems. 

The app will use the GPS in your smartphone to pinpoint the exact location of your problem, or drag the map marker, or input the address manually.

4. The app is available on most mobile devices.  

St. Charles residents can use their iPhone, Android, or Blackberry devices to use the app. If you have a smartphone simply download the SeeClickFix app and start using it today. 

5. The app is also available online. 

If you don't have a smartphone, no problem. The app is available online by visiting SeeClickFix.com, then type in “St. Charles, MO” to get started.  Of course residents can always just call City Hall at 636-949-3200, or access city departments online at stcharlescitymo.gov.
