The Old Town Neighborhood Association is recognized by the city of Saint Charles as the citizen's group for Ward Two. We advocate for historic preservation and socially responsible development. We alo assist neighbors with various projects and local issues.
All Ward 2 neighbors are welcome to attend Board Meetings. Our yearly membership meeting and election of officers is held the third Monday in May at St. John United Church of Christ.

"Serving the heart of St. Charles since 1868," St. John United Church of Christ is led by Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Richard Zuch, with the help of Visititation Pastor Rev. Dr. James Menerick. Services and Sunday School are held on Sundays at 9am and 1030am, and there is a radio broadcast of the 1030am service on AM730-KWRE. St. John has many other outlets for men, women and children to build their faith. It has infant and toddler care, youth groups, Bible studies, choir programs and a host of retreats and groups for adults.
