Trinity Episcopal Church-St. Charles invites you to meet renowed spiritual Director, Author, and Episcopal Priest, Rev. Barbara Crafton on March 2 and 3, 2013. The Rev. Crafton will be leading this retreat using her book, Living Lent: Meditations for These Forty Days. A copy of this book will be given to each participant.
The Lent Retreat begins at Trinity Church on March 2 at 9:30a.m. Registration and Welcome, 10 a.m.-noon Session 1, noon-1p.m. Lunch, 1-3:30p.m. Session 2. March 3, 9:15a.m. Holy Eucharist, Barbara Crafton, Preacher, 12:30-2:30 p.m. Session 3. Advance Fee for Retreat $35 ($40 at door) which includes snacks, book and Saturday lunch. More About Trinity Episcopal Church
Trinity Episcopal Church is located on South Duchesne Drive just off Droste Road. The congregation has been in St. Charles since 1836 and moved into their current location in 1961. The rector of the Parish is Rev. Tamsen Whistler. Trinity Episcopal offers a number of opportunities. Worship is on Sundays at 9:15 am and on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Bible Study for Adults is on Wednesdays from 10 to 11:15 am. There is no Children’s Sunday School during the summer. Children are welcome in worship. A Nursery is provided for infants and children up to the age of 4 at 9:15 am. Look at the churches website for a calendar of events and additional information.
