Over 50 years ago a small group of members of First United Methodist Church in St. Charles MO recognized the need for another United Methodist Church in the area. They formed a group to investigate the possibility of starting a new church, to include its location. Now it's 50 yeas later and the church they helped to start is celebrating its golden anniversary, 50 years of making disciples for Jesus Chlrist. This is an exciting time for Faith.
On March 3, 2013, Bishop Robert Schnase, Missouri Conference of the United Methodist Church, will join in our celebration. He will participate at both the 9:00 am and 11:15 am worship services. There will be a reception at 10:00 am in Fellowship Hall. Pictures and memorabilia from the 50 years of Faith will be on display.

More About Faith United Methodist Church of St Charles
Faith United Methodist Church offers several services on Sundays, including 8am and 11am traditional services, and a 9:30am contemporary service. The church has both a sanctuary choir and a chancel chimes group that provide music during weekly services. In addition, church members frequently do mission work in the community. A youth group meets each Sunday afternoon at 4:30pm.
The church is open for weddings to nonmembers. For more information, contact wedding coordinator Karen Smith at 636-724-4910.
Faith United Methodist Preschool offers programs for 3, 4 and 5-year-olds. The 3-year-old program is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 11:30am. The 4-year-old program is also offered for a half-day three times a week. The school also offers a full-day pre-kindergarten program that runs from 9am to 3pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
