Where/When: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Harvester Nazarene Church gym, 3115 McClay Road, St. Peters.
Why go: Just Between Friends events put gently used children's clothing, sizes preemie to age 12 in one place for the community to buy and sell. Sales are offered twice a year, once in spring and summer and once in fall and winter. Clothing, toys and shoes are consigned.

Where/When: 2:30 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church, 801 1st Capitol Drive, St. Charles

Why go: The Crescendo Concert Series brings back Grammy-winning organist Paul Jacobs.

Where/When: 8 a.m. Sunday , 2650 Tri Sports Cir, O’Fallon, MO.
Why go: Stretch those legs and challenge yourself as the spring running season kicks off.
Pricing: Entry fee for the 5K Run/Walk is $25 for adults and $20 for kids 14 and younger until Saturday. Pricing: The price is $35 for adults and $25 for kids on race day. The entry fee for the 1-mile kids run is $20 for 15 years of age and up and $17 for kids age 14 and younger. The price increases by $5 for race-day registration.

Where/When: Friday-Saturday at Bottleneck Blues Bar in Ameristar Casino St. Charles, One Ameristar Blvd., St. Charles.
Why go: The popular St. Louis band performs classic rock.
Pricing: $5 cover, must be 21 or older
5. Les Miserables School Edition
Where/When: 7 p.m. Friday-Saturday at St. Charles Community College, 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters.
Why go: Inspector Javert continues to pursue Jean Valjean in this kid-friendly version of the popular musical based on Victor Hugo's novel.
