What's Open, What's Closed on MLK Jr Day in St. Charles?

Most banks are closed for MLK Day and most grocery stores are open.
St. Charles School District, the Francis Howell School District and Orchard Farm School Districts are closed.
Government offices, including St. Charles City Hall and St. Charles County Government buildings, will be closed to the public. St. Charles County Courthouse will also be closed.
United States Post Offices will be closed.
St. Charles City-County Library District will be open.
The Metrolink will follow a normal weekday schedule for Monday, Jan. 21.
