It's time for another edition of the St. Charles County Athlete of the Week fan poll. 

This week we turn our attention to the football field. Tell us in the poll below: Which St. Charles County football player had the best Week 8?

Shane Barrett—Fort Zumwalt East: Fort Zumwalt East pulled out a one-point win against Washington Friday night. A key player for the Lions? Sophomore quarterback Shane Barrett. Once again the dual-threat QB got things done through the air and on the ground. He ran the ball 22 times for 115 yards (5.2 yards per carry). Throwing the ball, he was 16-for-24 for 171 yards and four scores against just one interception.

Clay Stulce—Duchesne: The Duchesne Pioneers had a huge 42-14 win against St. Charles in Week 8. Quarterback Clay Stulce was a big factor in the win. From the pocket, he was 12-for-16 for 175 yards and two scores. When he decided against throwing he had a pretty good options to run the ball: himself. He ran the ball 17 times for 210 yards and two touchdowns.

Zack Reinken and Teddy Williamson—Fort Zumwalt West: Fort Zumwalt West pounded Troy on Friday night. The Jaguars won 40-19 and had a big showing on the ground, thanks largely to the duo of Zack Reinken and Teddy Williamson. Reinken, a quarterback, ran 21 times for 104 yards and two touchdown runs. His backfield mate, Williamson, also picked up two scores. He had 27 carries for 142 yards. Combined, Reinken and Williamson racked up 246 rushing yards in the win.

Tray Mitchell—Holt: Holt's Tray Mitchell was at it again on Friday night. The Holt running back paced the Indians against Zumwalt South. In the Indians 16-13 win, Mitchell picked up both touchdowns, one from 9-yards out and one from 58-yards away. For the game, he had 180 yards on 18 carries.
